With over 23 years of experience in the Learning and Development field working with corporate clients in Technology, Healthcare, Retail, Banking, Oil and Gas, and Legal. Kathleen's strengths lie in her ability to guide clients to discover what they really need. Her focus is to keep them from spending money on extraneous products and missing essential facets of their training programs. She has brought her expertise in e-learning, instructional design, and instructor-led training to corporations across the country, such as First Republic Bank, Chevron, Hospital Association of Southern California, Peet’s Coffee and Tea, and Willem Hale.  Her educational background is in Psychology and Biology and she has a Masters in Biochemistry.

​When Kathleen is not working, she can be found riding her horse, photographing the coast of California, traveling internationally, or hiking with her dog.
